Here we are again, another morning, another overflowing inbox and, well, some tasks which have been sitting there for a while and just seem to not solve themselves. If it weren‘t for the steaming cup of coffee (or tea), we would be inclined to question whether everyone just needs us while nobody loves us.
Opening the first email does not make it better if it causes one of the „oh boy, I think I already told you this“-moments. We encountered too many of them and came up with some ideas on how to avoid these and get rid of way too many short and easily answerable but in the aggregate very time-consuming emails.
